Refund policy

At Firefly Candle Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, here is how we can help:

1. Eligibility for Returns

We have a 7-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it.

Unused (wick unlit).

• In its original packaging.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Handmade Nature of Our Products

Please keep in mind that most of our products are handmade, which means each piece is unique. They may have slight imperfections and color variations. These characteristics are a natural part of the artisanal process and are not considered defects.

3. Damages and Transit Issues

Due to the delicate nature of our candles and containers, there is a possibility of your order arriving in damaged condition due to improper handling during transit.

• In such a case, please contact us immediately.

• We will be happy to arrange a return of the damaged stock in exchange for a replacement product.

4. Refund Process

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank Processing Times: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you haven't received it, please contact us.
